This interview, written and conducted by Garry Crystal, grew out of the previous interview regarding my latest novel, “Be Still and Know That I Am.” It concerns self-publishing, independent publishing, the advent of the eBook, and the raging debate that still surrounds writers taking this approach to getting their work out there.
